The five simyo tariffs with a data volume of 5 to 35 gigabytes are available with a minimum term of 24 months or as a monthly cancelable variant. The simyo tariffs include an all-net flat rate for calls and text messages to all German mobile networks and landlines as well as EU roaming. They can be booked immediately at www.simyo.de. With the simyo tariffs, customers can surf with download speeds of up to 50 MBit/s and upload speeds of up to 32 MBit/s.* The monthly cancelable variant incurs a one-off provisioning fee of 19.99 euros. In the fall, marketing will be extended to sparhandy.de and deinhandy.de. Customers acquired via simyo are generally located in the Blau brand world.
*Throttling speed after consumption of the included data volume for the remaining billing period: 64 kbit/s.

About simyo

simyo was launched in 2005 as a second brand of E-Plus. “Weil einfach einfach einfach ist” is the claim of the innovative ‘no frills’ mobile phone offer, which was characterized by transparency and lower call costs: With just one price per minute to all destinations, one text message price and radically reduced data prices, bookable only via the Internet, simyo was a pioneer in the German market. Following the merger with the E-Plus Group, O2 Telefónica realigned its brand portfolio in line with its focused multi-brand strategy and discontinued simyo at the beginning of 2017. simyo customers have since continued to use the Blau brand.
